Who we are

7X Cloud Solutions is an integration firm based in Arizona, USA. This policy covers 7xcloudsolutions.com and its pages. We apply the standards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to all the personal data we handle, wherever you are. To ask about your information, use our contact page.

What we collect, and why

• When you contact us: your name, work email, company (optional), what you are interested in, your message, and which of our pages you came from. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and follow up on it. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form and can withdraw at any time.
• Spam protection: your IP address is held for about an hour to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored with your message.
• Orders (hosting for existing clients, and paid consultations): your name, email, billing address and the order details needed to process the order. Our legal basis is the contract, and the tax and accounting rules we must follow. Card payments are handled by Stripe; card numbers are never stored on this website.
• Server and security logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser and pages requested, to run and protect the site.
• Our interactive simulators run entirely in your browser on example data and send nothing to us.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and there are no tracking scripts on this site. We use only the cookies needed to run it: sign-in cookies for our administrators, and cart and session cookies if you place an order.

Who processes it for us

• Hostinger: website hosting (our server is in the United Kingdom).
• Google Workspace: our business email, where enquiries are delivered.
• Stripe: card payments for orders.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted 30 days after we receive them, from this website and from our mailbox. If an enquiry leads to work with us, we keep the correspondence for as long as that work requires. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Ask through our contact page; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

International transfers

Our website is hosted in the United Kingdom. Our email provider and payment processor may process information in the United States and other countries, under their own safeguards.

Security

The whole site runs over HTTPS, and access to enquiries and orders is limited to the people at 7X who need it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
