Refund policy

Hosting packages
You get a full refund if you ask within 30 days of your order. After 30 days, we do not refund the rest of the term.
Consultations
You get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the meeting time, or at any time before a meeting time is set. We do not refund a meeting cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or one that has already taken place. If you bought several hours, this applies to each hour separately.
If we cannot hold a meeting at the agreed time and the new time we offer does not suit you, you get a full refund.
How to ask for a refund
Use our contact page and give your order number. We send the refund to the card you paid with. Your bank may take several days to show it.
