About 7X Cloud Solutions

ERP knowledge first. Then automation.

7X Cloud Solutions is an integration firm based in Arizona. Our consultants bring over 10 years of ERP experience. We automate work across ERP and modern systems by going through the ERP’s own interfaces, so the rules, permissions and approvals you configured keep working.

Our people

We are not starting from zero

Our consultants have worked inside the ERP and HR systems they now automate:

  • Led PeopleSoft HCM module rollouts: Benefit Administration, eBenefits, Absence Management and Self Service.
  • Worked as functional analysts on PeopleSoft and ServiceNow for a national grocery retailer.
  • Integrated an ERP with single sign-on, from requirements and fit-gap analysis to go-live.
  • Designed secure cloud architectures on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, and data integrations across Snowflake and BigQuery.
  • Led the technical redesign of a regulator’s website of over 37,000 pages, through its architectural review.

Formats and channels

Legacy formats and modern ones, one governed route

Legacy ERP speaks SOAP and XML through its own gateways. Modern platforms and AI agents speak REST and JSON. We work in all of them, and connect them without losing the ERP’s rules.

SOAP and XML

Web service envelopes, schemas and faults: how most legacy ERP and HR systems exchange data, and where most integrations break.

PeopleSoft Integration Broker

Service operations, routings and Component Interfaces: the ERP’s own front door, where its business rules and security still apply.

REST APIs and JSON

How modern platforms, cloud services and AI agents talk. We give an agent’s JSON request the same governed route as a legacy SOAP message.

How we think

Three rules we do not break

Your configuration is years of decisions

The rules, permissions and approvals in your ERP exist for a reason. We learn them before we automate anything.

Through the doors, never around them

Automation and AI agents use the interfaces your ERP supports, so its own checks always run.

Every action leaves a record

Each automated action is checked, approved where the process requires it, and recorded for your auditors.
